CA Girish Agarwal's career is defined by a deep commitment to the social sector and high-level banking operations. Currently, he partners with community-based organizations to address unemployment through rural entrepreneurship and supporting major initiatives such as IDFC Bank’s “Leap to Unicorn” grant program and the first Indian accelerator in the WASH space. His recent work also includes consulting for a USD 300 million international fund on healthcare transformation and co-creating a fellowship that aims to impact one million families by 2030 through 1,000 development entrepreneurs.

Currently, he is engaged as independent consultant with multiple projects. Notably, IDFC Bank’s 'Leap to Unicorn' grant program and the first Indian accelerator in the water, health and sanitation space. His recent work also includes consulting for a USD 300 million international fund on healthcare transformation and co-creating a fellowship that aims to impact one million families by 2030 through 1,000 development entrepreneurs.

Earlier, Girish served as the Director of Incubation at the UnLtd India from 2017-21. During this tenure, he significantly expanded the organization’s reach. He provided critical coaching on leadership, finance, and impact to start-up founders, while building strategic brand visibility through partnerships with renowned academic institutions. His earlier entrepreneurial ventures include Finoventure Capital Services, where he advised start-ups, and The Logistics Studio Private Ltd, where he focused on freight forwarding and technology-driven logistics solutions.

In his previous avatar in the banking sector, at HSBC, he served as Vice President of Client Solutions and at ICICI Bank as a Product Manager, he managed a CMS collection business with an annual throughput of INR 1,700 billion. He was instrumental in institutionalizing DropBox collections and designing Door Step Banking for corporate clients, while also executing high-profile escrow deals such as the Jet-Sahara takeover and the Delhi International Airport project.
