Shubha Khadke is a seasoned development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and strengthening livelihood programs across farm and non-farm sectors. She brings deep expertise in community institution building, grassroots entrepreneurship, and capacity building, with a strong commitment to inclusive and participatory development. Over the years, Shubha has played a key role in enabling community-led enterprises and building resilient local economies, working closely with rural and tribal communities across India.

She has held leadership roles across several reputed development organisations, including Development Support Centre, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme India, ARAVALI, and BASIX. Her work has spanned program design and management, enterprise incubation, strengthening farmer producer organisations, and ecosystem building for grassroots entrepreneurs. She has also contributed to national-level initiatives, including entrepreneurship incubation at IRMA’s ISEED and supporting programmes under the Jal Jeevan Mission .

Shubha is known for her strong field orientation, ability to build and mentor teams, and her focus on translating strategy into actionable, community-driven outcomes. She continues to work as a consultant and advisor, supporting organisations in designing livelihood interventions, strengthening institutional capacities, and nurturing grassroots entrepreneurship.
