
Richa is a results-driven marketing and communications leader with deep experience in brand building, program communication, stakeholder engagement, and outreach strategy. Her strengths include translating organisational vision into compelling stories, visible campaigns, and strong community presence, her work focuses on strengthening organisational identity and positioning programs clearly in the public domain.
Richa joined Grassroutes in 2015 and currently leads the organisation’s marketing and communications function. In this role, she has played a central part in building Grassroutes into one of the most recognisable and trusted brands in the space of responsible travel and experiential learning in India.
She is known for her clarity of communication, creative approach to storytelling, and strong organisational skills. Richa brings a collaborative working style and a practical, execution-oriented mindset to complex programs involving multiple partners, teams, and audiences. Her core areas of expertise include marketing and communications strategy, brand positioning and narrative building, content creation and campaign execution, outreach and community engagement, event communication and experiential program promotion, and stakeholder coordination and partnerships.
